Placing an order

All Footwear Art designs displayed on this website are available for order, unless specifically stated otherwise.

* Shoe designs by Kobi Levi are produced in limited editions and by order only.

* Shipping is FREE worldwide (as specified below).

To place an order for any of the designs on our site, please follow these steps:

1. Choose your favorite design.


2. Read through the style details and make sure they match your         desires. if you have any question or doubt contact us.

3. Check our sizing table to determine your most suitable size.            Then select it in the order page.

4. Click the “Order” button. You can then continue to shop or                proceed to the checkout.

5. Fill out your billing information. You can read our privacy policy        here. Follow the instructions to complete your order.

6. Follow the PayPal payment instructions (using your PayPal               account or a credit card).

7. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your             order.

8. Once your payment has been received we will start production of      your chosen design.

9. Within 20 days of placing your order you will receive an email           updating you about the progress of the production.

10. Within 30 days of placing your order you will receive an email         updating you of the successful dispatch of your new shoes!



All orders are payable through our PayPal portal.

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide using EMS.

Shipments to some countries are restricted under Israeli law.

Some destinations are not included in the services of EMS. If you reside in one of those destinations, we will use another shipping service provider.

Delivery by EMS takes 7-10 business days. Your order will be delivered to your chosen address.

Please note that we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

If you have specific delivery requirements, please state them clearly while placing your order or contact us within 10 days of placing the order.

Shipments will be dispatched during working week days (Sunday-Thursday).

Shipments will not be dispatched during religious or national holidays.

Once your shipment is dispatched you will receive a tracking number, enabling you to follow its status.

If you are having trouble tracking your shipment, please contact us.

Please note that we do our very best to ensure the safe and quick delivery of your shipment. However we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control.


Local Taxes and fees

Any local taxes or fees, which are enforced by the local authorities in your order’s destination, must be covered by you. If you have any doubts as for the applicability of such taxes and fees, please check with your local customs and trade authorities prior to placing your order.



Under the Israeli Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, we are not obliged to receive any returns, as all pairs sold through this website are made by the costumer’s specific order and to match a specific size.

However, if you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it was shipped, you must notify us in writing immediately.  Your payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has shipped.


Size Exchange

Your new pair of shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain the size and fit are correct for you. 


We do our best to make sure that you receive the perfect size for you. However, if the pair you received doesn’t fit properly contact us immediately and we will try to help. If you are sure you want a different size, please inform us in writing.

You will be required to send the original pair to our studio (Kobi Levi Studio, address in Israel will be provided by email). Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the pair and will be liable for damage to it until we receive it at our studio. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.


Your pair should be returned new, unused and unmarked. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Shoes must be packed in their original, undamaged dust bag and shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. With your shoes you must also send the original certificate of authenticity.

Once the original pair is received in our studio and approved for exchange, you will be sent an email with the expected delivery date for your new pair.


Faulty pairs

All pairs are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive a pair that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Pairs are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

Please note that pairs that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty pairs.



We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our styles that appear on this website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.



Due to the nature of our small scale production, we may encounter material shortages from time to time. If one or more of the original materials used to produce the style you ordered is missing, you will be informed immediately. Several alternatives will be offered to replace the missing materials. If none of the alternatives suggested satisfies you, we will cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
